The Save to PDF option is not built within PowerPoint or the other programs in Office by default. However, you can easily download a small add-in that makes it possible to save PDFs from within PowerPoint

To learn more, choose your version of PowerPoint. If we do not have a tutorial for your version of PowerPoint, explore the version closest to the one you use.
