The second tab within the Toolbox in PowerPoint is called the Scrapbook, and what the Scrapbook does in itself is very unique because it is one of the very few features only available in PowerPoint for Mac, with no equivalent option for Windows users of PowerPoint. Yes, it is an extension of the clipboard, which even Windows users have access to, but the Scrapbook is a clipboard that can be cataloged and saved for future use.

If you want to create movie-credits style animations in PowerPoint, you will miss the Crawl Entrance animation option that was available in older versions of PowerPoint. You can substitute Crawl with Fly In, and change the animation speed to something slower such as 15 seconds, and also set the direction of the Fly In animation to From Bottom.
The Star Wars credits style is a variant of the Crawl animation. In this style, the text crawls from the bottom to the top, as it also does with Crawl. Additionally, the text diminishes in size all the time until it fades into oblivion. It is a really neat effect, and it is possible to accomplish it in PowerPoint if you combine multiple animations.

The first tab within the Toolbox in PowerPoint is the Custom Animation tab. This tab provides options to reorder, change, and remove existing animations on your slides. To use any of the options in this tab, you must have a slide object that has animation added to it.

You may want to quickly add an em dash within your text container—be it a placeholder, text box, shape, or even a table. It’s very easy to add an em dash, and there is more than one way to achieve this task, although there may be some differences, and all ways may not work in the version of PowerPoint you are using. But certainly, using one of these options, you will be able to add an em dash in PowerPoint.

Other than the menus, the toolbars, and the Ribbon, PowerPoint’s interface contains a floating set of tabs called the Toolbox. The Toolbox has four tabs: Custom Animation, Scrapbook, Reference Tools, and Compatibility Report. Each of these tabs is filled with options that let you perform important tasks within PowerPoint.
